Three Bean Casserole From Tina, A friend of Mouse in the Pantry
1 can French style green beans
1 package frozen Fordhook lima beans
1 package frozen green peas
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup salad oil
1 Tbsp mustard
1 tsp. Worchestershire
1 jar pimiento ( diced)
Cook lima beans & green peas. Add drained green beans.
Mix & warm slowly: sour cream, mayonaise, vegetable oil, mustard and Worchestershire.
Drain vegetables and mix with cream mixture. Add chopped eggs & pimiento.
Serve warm or you may serve it the next day as a cold salad.
