Jean's Sauerkraut Salad
l lb sauerkraut - drained well and rinsed in cold water
2 cups celery - diced
1/2 cup onion - chopped 1/2 cup green bell pepper - chopped
1/4 cup red bell pepper - chopped
2/3 cup sugar
Combine all the ingredients ( in a non-metal bowl) and mix well. Let stand in the refrigerator at least three hours before serving.
Perfect side dish for pork.
