6 white potatoes
1 8oz sour cream
2 tbsp butter
3-4 tbsp Hormel Real bacon bits
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp chives
salt and pepper to taste
Peel and cube potatoes, cook in a pot of boiling water. Cook until desired tenderness. Drain and let cool for about 20 minutes. Coat potatoes with butter. Add sour cream, you do not have to use the full 8oz. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm, but can be served cold.
