Quick and Easy Cherry Cheesecake
Submitted by: Meegen M.

2 8oz. cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 8oz. cool whip
1 can cherry pie filling
1 Graham cracker crust (store bought)

Blend cream cheese, and sweetened condensed milk.. Mix in cool whip. Poor mixture into the graham cracker crust and serve topped with cherries. You can always substitute the topping for any other berry.

The filling will be more than enough for one large pie. I always end up freezing some. It is great to later use in a desert cup served with berries and graham crackers. Quick, easy and delicious.
