Equivalent Measures | Weights and Measures | Substitutions | Tips Chess Pie Cake 1 package yellow cake mix 4 eggs 1 stick of butter - melted 1 box powdered sugar 1 8 oz package cream cheese - softened In a medium size bowl, mix together yellow cake mix, 1 egg, and melted butter. Mix together well and press evenly into the bottom of a 9 x 12 cake pan. In another bowl, mix together powdered sugar, cream cheese, and 3 eggs. Pour this mixture over the "crust" in the cake pan.
