2 Boxes of Jiffy Cornmeal Mix
4 Eggs
2 Sticks of Butter or Margine
1 Onion
1 Pkg Frozen Chopped Broccolli
10 oz. lowfat cottage cheese
Melt butter in a 13 x 9 baking pan, set aside.
Beat eggs in large bowl, add cornmeal mix, onion and cottage cheese. Mix well, stir in the thawed broccolli.
Pour mixture over melted butter, stir together.
Bake at 300 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
